Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified in your product's manual, the following Warranty Policy applies to Audio Keeper Turntables purchased within the U.S. from www.audiokeeperturntable.com.

Limited Warranty Terms

Warranty Period:
The warranty begins on the purchase date, as shown on your proof-of-purchase, and lasts for the duration specified in the "Warranty Period" section.

Warranty Exclusions:
The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Commercial or industrial use;
  • Improper power supply, such as low voltage or faulty wiring;
  • Damage from external factors or non-approved accessories;
  • Operation outside intended uses (e.g., extreme temperatures);
  • Natural disasters like lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes.

Remedies:
If a hardware defect is identified, Audio Keeper will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished unit. Defective parts will be retained by Audio Keeper.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To request service, contact our support team during the warranty period. You must provide:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Original purchase receipt, showing the date, dealer, and model number

We’ll assess the issue and offer the best solution. Please keep the original packaging for returns.
